Join us for a relaxing, reflective evening. In this small-group session, you’ll be gently guided through a visualization exercise designed to offer insight into different areas of your life. You’ll imagine scenes and symbols that act as prompts—helping you think about what’s working, what’s shifted, and what might need more attention.
Visualization isn’t just helpful it’s backed by neuroscience. Studies show it activates the same parts of the brain as real experiences, helping us reflect, refocus, and move forward more intentionally.
